Sevenoaks kitchen upgraded with a 16mm overlay underfloor heating system over an existing slab. Pre-grooved boards, pipe clipped to a custom layout around the island, manifold connected, leak-tested, and ready for tile. Minimal disruption, zero door height issues.

New kitchen-diner extension in Bromley fitted with an in-screed water underfloor heating system, designed alongside the air source heat pump installer. 100mm PIR insulation, perimeter edge insulation, 16mm PE-RT pipe at 150mm centres, manifold sized to the zone layout.
